Gourmet Dips: easy or difficult?

Pressing forward towards New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day entertaining? Even if you’re just hosting a few family members or friends, you should check out these dressed up dips: one served cold, SPINACH RANCH; one warm or cold, PALOUSE SPREAD;  and one that’s definately a hottie, HOT ARTICHOKE-SPINACH DIP!
