SHORTER MEAL PREPARATION TIME HAPPENS WHEN YOU

  • have ingredients on-hand (give attention to your supplies)
  • prepare ahead of time, part or all of the dish/meal. You invest time today for payback tomorrow or this weekend. Salads and baked goods are easy to prepare ahead of time. Meat and casserole-style dishes work well, too
  • enlist help of others. Team up with family or friends for FUN and a lighter work load for all
  • practice preparing a dish/meal more than once – you will become more efficient, I promise!
